- Support M&A transactions and due diligence processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial software
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts
- Proven track record in process optimization projects
