Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders including CFO and board members
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with business units on budget development and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to all organizational levels
