Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for executive stakeholders
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal control testing
- Present financial insights to senior leadership through executive dashboards
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in multinational corporations or high-growth companies
- Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
