Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to department heads
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives including M&A opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards and board presentation materials
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls improvements
- Mentor junior analysts through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with GAAP and IFRS reporting standards
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- CPA or CFA designation required
