Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budget forecasting and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end closing processes with variance reporting and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Automate financial reporting workflows using Power BI and Excel VBA
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI visualization
- ERP system expertise (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical problem-solving with data-driven decision making
