Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and providing insights
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial guidance
- Support the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
