Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes with variance analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to build annual operating budgets and forecasts
- Support M&A activities through due diligence integration and valuation analysis
- Present financial insights to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional audiences
