Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Excellent presentation abilities with experience communicating to C-suite executives
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
