You'll collaborate with executive leadership to optimize financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and budgets
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial modeling
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and controls testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
- Immediate availability for onboarding required
