- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to department heads
- Lead budgeting processes for 15+ business units
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for expansion initiatives
- Present financial findings to C-suite executives with data-driven recommendations
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems
- Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with SaaS industry financial modeling
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
