Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic initiatives and cost optimization
- Manage audit preparation and compliance with SOX regulations
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial systems and workflows
- Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
