Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives including M&A, capital allocation, and market expansion
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting to guide C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Own annual budgeting and forecasting processes with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VBA/macros and Power BI visualization
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong SQL skills for large dataset manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
