Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions
- Streamline financial processes through automation and data visualization tools
- Prepare executive presentations summarizing financial trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to C-suite executives
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
