Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare executive-level reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Develop predictive models for revenue forecasting and budget optimization across 15+ business units
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance with 100% audit accuracy
- Design and implement financial dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs in real-time
- Collaborate with M&A teams on due diligence for $50M+ transactions
- Mentor 3 junior analysts through quarterly skill-development workshops
- Streamline financial reporting processes, reducing cycle time by 25%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI expertise
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record of presenting to executive leadership and board committees
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with $500K+ budgets
