Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to guide strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze variances between projected and actual performance
- Lead cross-departmental budget planning cycles
- Identify cost optimization opportunities across operational units
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
