Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create comprehensive forecasts, variance reports, and strategic models
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support M&A activities and market expansion
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
