Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making through financial analysis
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and controls
- Prepare executive presentations highlighting financial trends and opportunities
- Manage ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting corporate growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
