Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports for C-suite executives
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles with department heads across 5+ business units
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Drive process improvements in FP&A workflows using automation technologies
- Manage month-end close procedures and ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior analysts through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate FP&A or Big 4 finance
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI/Tableau expertise
- Demonstrated success in presenting to executive leadership
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or SAP financial systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
