- Lead month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Streamline financial processes through automation and process improvements
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- CMA/CPA designation or equivalent certification preferred
