Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analyses for multi-million dollar projects
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles and budget preparation processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost optimization strategies
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and board reports
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control documentation
- Manage financial reporting automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
