Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes for executive stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance between actual and projected performance with actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare departmental budgets and monitor spending
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial planning
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial planning software
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in variance analysis
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in matrix organizations
