Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and analysis for corporate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Develop detailed variance reports and KPI dashboards to track financial performance against strategic goals
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing strategy and market positioning
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency programs
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas) and financial modeling
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and corporate financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Track record of driving process improvements and financial optimization initiatives
