Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and financial modeling methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in manufacturing or tech industry highly valued
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
