Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Lead annual budgeting processes across multiple business units
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership team
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
