Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses for strategic business initiatives
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis across 3 business units
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives through executive dashboards
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage cross-functional projects with $50M+ annual budgets
- Conduct industry benchmarking and market trend analysis
- Mentor junior analysts to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- SAP/Oracle financial systems expertise
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SEC reporting requirements
- Demonstrated success in process optimization initiatives
