Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and budgets
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic financial initiatives
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel modeling
- Prepare executive presentations for board meetings and investor relations
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint expertise
- Experience in energy or manufacturing industry a plus
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
