Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting corporate strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities across business units
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor departmental budgets
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis supporting M&A activities and market expansion
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts through best practices in financial modeling and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in mid-to-large organizations
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
