Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting strategic business decisions
- Analyze monthly/quarterly performance variances and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and planning processes across 5 business units
- Design and automate financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Mentor junior analysts and improve FP&A workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA) and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
