Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and budget analysis for corporate divisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and KPIs
- Manage financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
