Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budget forecasting and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with executive-level presentations
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to department heads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Drive process automation initiatives using financial systems (ERP/SAP)
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance team financial literacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation projects
