Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to SOX compliance
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and presentations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis and trend forecasting
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial audiences
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced, results-driven settings
