Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification highly desirable
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
