Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, identify risks, and support strategic planning
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and executive reports
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial software (Tableau a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive leadership
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) highly desirable
