Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau preferred)
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and presentation abilities with attention to detail
