Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze financial performance metrics and variances, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business unit financial planning and analysis
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing financial insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial reports under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
- Experience in financial services or multinational corporations preferred
