Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budget and actual performance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support capital budgeting and project evaluation.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize corporate profitability and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
