Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and budget variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop comprehensive financial models for mergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives using advanced Power BI visualizations
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain internal control documentation
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- SAP and Oracle Financials proficiency
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Virginia Beach area residency required
