Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis for $500M+ business unit
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-level board presentations and investor communications
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow optimization strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VBA) and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for executive stakeholder engagement
- Experience with SEC reporting requirements (ideal)
