Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with department heads to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Create financial models to support pricing strategies and capital allocation
- Present complex financial insights to senior stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and analysis
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reduction
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
