Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and budgeting processes across all departments
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
- Manage cash flow optimization and working capital analysis
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and board presentations
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal control documentation
- Collaborate with IT on financial system implementations and upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- CPA or CFA certification a significant plus
