Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for long-term forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor budget performance and identify significant cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory compliance filings.
- Present financial data and strategic recommendations to senior management in a clear, actionable format.
- Streamline financial workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a significant plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
