- Create comprehensive budget forecasts and variance analyses

- Implement process improvements for financial reporting workflows
- Collaborate with IT on financial system integrations
- Mentor junior analysts on financial modeling best practices
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification (CPA, CMA) highly desirable
