Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial decision-making
- Manage financial reporting for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements in financial operations
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training and performance management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in public accounting or multinational corporate environment
