Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead accounts payable, receivable, and payroll teams
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in leadership/managerial role
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Demonstrated success in process optimization
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
