- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Spearhead financial audits and regulatory reporting
- Mentor finance team members and optimize department workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in automotive or manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives
