Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate accounting operations including GAAP compliance and SOX controls
- Develop financial models for $2B+ energy infrastructure projects
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow optimization and risk hedging
- Present executive financial reports to C-suite and board committees
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor 5+ finance professionals through performance development plans
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years corporate finance experience
- Energy or infrastructure sector background strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Financials and Hyperion planning tools
- Proven experience managing SOX 404 audits and internal controls
- Expertise in SEC reporting and corporate governance frameworks
- Strategic financial modeling skills with complex project valuation
- Strong leadership background in matrix organizations
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA
