Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance
- Manage financial planning, analysis, and budgeting cycles
- Direct treasury operations and cash management strategies
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A transactions
- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
- Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory filings accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA required)
- 10+ years in corporate finance with 5+ in leadership
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Expert knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional finance teams
- Philadelphia-based corporate finance experience preferred
- Immediate availability for full-time onboarding
