- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for $50M+ operational division
- Manage internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Drive process optimization in financial systems and reporting workflows
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning and M&A support
- Mentor 3-person finance team and cross-functional departmental partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA strongly preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in controller role
- Proven expertise in aerospace or manufacturing industry financial operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and financial modeling
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and cost controls
