- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage team of 5+ accounting professionals with performance coaching
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive process optimization through automation and technology adoption
- Ensure SOX compliance and regulatory adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
