Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including GAAP compliance and SEC filings
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights to executive leadership
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the entire organization
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
- CPA certification required
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience
- 5+ years in corporate controller or similar leadership role
- Expertise in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in public company reporting and SEC filings
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
